Annual General Meeting
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING to be held May 14, 2019 at the Eagles Hall - 2A-281 East Island Hwy., Parksville, BC
- Meeting starts at 7:30 pm
- Arrive early to sign in and get a good seat
MEMBER ATTENDANCE IS IMPORTANT TO THE FUTURE OF THE LEAGUE, YOUR INPUT AND VOTES COUNT, SO PLEASE BE THERE!
The current Directors have compiled a NEW Constitution and have reviewed the current League Rules with a fine-toothed comb to remove any errors, omissions or redundancies. These documents are available for download on the website now.
- Please go to the i+ and click on Downloads, click "Download" and select the PDF documents from the list.
In advance of the meeting, please read/review these documents - make notes and/or comments at home - and bring these to the AGM, as there will be discussion and a vote to accept or reject for the upcoming seasons. There will be hard copies available at the AGM for referencing during discussion.
Any submissions for discussion at the AGM, must submit their proposal(s) to the President, Noella Ross, at least one week before the AGM, to allow time to be added to the agenda.
Please note that Elections for the 2019-2020 Season will be taking place at the AGM.

- Secretary/Treasurer
- Statistician/Webmaster
- Directors - three directors
